Do Beans expire?
Beans accrued in your Meet Fresh Canada Rewards account do not expire.
How do I refer a friend?
From time to time, you will receive a notification with your referral link. Once you complete the profile and check-in in store (no purchase necessary), both you and your friend will receive a voucher on your account.
Lost Tag
If you need to replace your tag, our cashier will ask for the phone number that was used to sign-up and make a call to verify before issuing & merging the two tags. There will be a fee of $1.00 CAD.
How do I change my phone number?
Check-in at our store using the tablet: go to Profile to change your account information.
How do I redeem my birthday reward?
To receive a birthday reward, make sure to complete the date of birth on your profile. A voucher will be issued to you 7 days before your birthday.
How do I link my tag to my mobile app account?
When you’re signing up on the mobile app with your tag, select ‘I Already Have a Tag’ and input your tag number.
What is mobile order?
Mobile order is a feature of the Meet Fresh Canada Rewards app for iPhone and Android that allows you to place your order ahead of time at participating stores.

Meet Fresh Tags and Account Registration
The Meet Fresh Rewards registration process may require that you provide the following information: email, password, telephone number and birthday, preferred location and marketing preferences.
Earning Beans
The Rewards that are available through Meet Fresh Rewards are based on the number of Beans that you earn. You can earn Beans by making purchases with your Meet Fresh Rewards account at participating Meet Fresh stores within Canada East. You will earn Beans based on the value of your purchase at the rate of twelve (12) Beans for each One Canadian Dollar ($1.00) you spend at participating Meet Fresh Stores using a Meet Fresh Rewards account.
Exclusions to Earning Beans
Reloads, transfers, card-to-card transactions, taxes, tips, donations and fees is excluded and ineligible for Bean accrual.
Wallet
Customer may not have more than $150 in their wallet.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Meet Fresh Card is issued to you by Meet Fresh Canada East. It allows you to load a dollar value onto your Meet Fresh card for future purchases at participating Meet Fresh Canada East stores. The dollar value that you load onto your Meet Fresh Card is a prepayment only for the goods and services of participating Meet Fresh stores in the Canada East region. Meet Fresh Canada East reserves the right to change the rewards program and points value at our discretion. Points accumulated under the rewards program are promotional and have no cash value. The rewards program cannot be combined with any other discount, rewards or delivery programs. The replacement fee per every card is $1.00 (plus applicable tax). Your Meet Fresh Card has no expiration date. There are no membership fees associated with Meet Fresh Rewards. Meet Fresh Canada East reserves the right to correct the balance of your Meet Fresh account if we believe that a clerical billing or accounting error occurred. If you have any questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Meet Fresh Card, please contact customer service at info@meetfreshcanada.com.
