A: We do not recommend any of our menu items because all of our products contain or may have come in contact with peanuts and other tree nuts.
Q: Can you make the products warm instead of hot?
A: Our products are not too hot, except for the Hot Grass Jelly series where it has to be hot for it to solidify.
Q: Can I ask for no ice for Grass Jelly Cold or Taro Ball Cold series?
A: Yes, however, the flavour of our Grass Jelly products will not taste as rich without ice. For our Taro Ball series, we do not recommend skipping ice because it will taste very sweet.
Q: Is the Almond series made with powder?
A: No, we use Almond Paste to make the soup base.
Q: Is there caffeine in Meet Fresh Winter Melon Tea or Herbal Tea?
A: No, there is no caffeine in our Winter Melon Tea and Herbal Tea.
Q: Is there a recommended way to consume the Taro Paste Series?
A: Please shake well before drinking products with Taro Paste.
Q: Are prices consistent across all menus and platforms?
A: We aim to keep our prices as consistent as possible across our menus and platforms. However, prices may vary since each delivery platform has a different pricing system.

A: Our pop up store is located at FreshWay Foodmart (First Markham Place, 3275 Hwy 7).

A: We offer delivery from Monday-Friday, between 4-8pm.

We offer free delivery to one location point for purchase over $30.

A: You can make a pre-order delivery order at any time!
If you would like next-day delivery, the order must be made 24 hours or more in advance.
Q: Can I modify/cancel my order?
A: For any order modification, please call our Markham store within 2 hours with your order number. We will try our best and see what we can do! Our Markham store phone number is (905) 604-2466.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any cancellations on orders.
Q: Do I get loyalty points with my orders?
A: Of course! You can input your request along with the phone number that is associated with your account in the notes at checkout.
Q: I want to add more items to my order, is that possible?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the amount of items in your order. However, if it is 24 hours before the delivery date, you can simply place another order and select the same delivery date!
